Timothy Limine Sherman is the President and CEO of Alpha Alternative Asset Investments LLC and serves as a trustee for AAA Beneficial Holding Trust Co LLC since 2009. Tim is a senior finance executive and corporate officer with a 35-year career in the mortgage sector. He has directed all aspects of lending activities, including marketing, sales, operations, secondary marketing, loan servicing, and default management. In these vital roles, he establishes the overall vision and strategic direction of the bank while overseeing day-to-day business operations. His guidance informs the work of an executive team representing all areas of the business. Tim directs AAA’s construction and real estate portfolios. Tim provides critical guidance to his team of commercial real estate and commercial and residential construction emerging bankers.

Tim also, leads our debt, equity, and structured finance practice for alternative assets.

These business lines include lending relationships across the nation. He has also served as a mortgage underwriting subject matter expert providing litigation support for FINTECH, residential, commercial, and financial services verticals. Tim has been an active member of ULI Urban Land Institute, MBA Mortgage Banker Association, Affordable Housing Council, Parliament – House of Commons / House of Lords, CAIA Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, and AAII American Association of Individual Investors. Tim is also an advocate for homeless veterans and actively plays his part in ending homelessness for “America’s Patriots”.
